Multiselect editing would be handy to edit two and more clips at the same time.

Yes! Also so multiple clips can be cropped to the same size, at the same time.

I am all in favor of this. Multi-track select and grouping is needed for more complex video projects.

Please at least add an ability to select multiple clips by holding "Shift" button. It's hard to move clips in the project one by one when there are too many. Thanks!

Be able to group overlay so that it would be possible to apply effects to all of the overlays and move them on the timeline together instead of doing it one by one.
