it would be great to lock text as per exact time / slide / picture / video sequence. Currently, when add a text and then cut something, text is moved and change a position

Thank you for contacting us! The overlay pin feature was added in the previous update of Animotica (v.1.105.0.0). Now you can pin an overlay to a specific position of a video, and it won't move while editing.
