PLEASE HELP! Snapshot tool not working!!

Every time i use the snapshot tool- the whole thing crashes and it will not even let me use it afterwards- it keeps crashing. This makes the snapshot tool useless and impossible to use! Please fix this as it is VERY ANNOYING while editing!

Thank you for contacting Animotica Support Center! We are truly sorry for such a delayed answer. Please, be sure that you are running the latest versions of Windows 10 and Animotica (ver.1.1.106.0). Would you please look at the article on how to get the newest version of Animotica (support.mixilab.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039886031-How-to-install-the-latest-version-of-Animotica)?
Furthermore, we suggest going to the setting of Animotica on your device and check if all of the permissions are turned on. Also, please check where the folder with your projects is located. The projects are supposed to be found in the following folder on your computer - C:Users{PC Name]DocumentsAnimoticaProjects (You would have to insert the actual PC name instead of the {PC Name} string).
