Overlay becomes transparent when Chroma Key is turned on

Once the switch is turned on to activate the Chroma feature, the overlay becomes completely transparent and is visible unless it is turned back off. This makes adding green screen footage impossible. System is using AMD Radeon RX Vega 11 graphics card. So if there is a known issue or a fix for use with it, please let me know!
