I can't buy animotica pro

I'm having trouble buying animotica pro cause every time I press "activate pro" it asks me for a code. I don't know what the code is. Is there any other way to buy it?

Whenever I click buy nothing happens. If I spam click then a popup appears for a quarter of a second then disappears, before im able to do anything.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, used "wsreset", and nothing has worked. Please just make a way to buy the full version online....

I've already talked to someone at this help center and I explained I wanted to put my Animotica Pro on my laptop as well. He told me to sign in Microsoft and get the info through them. Nothing there. When I bought Pro, I paid directly to Animotica. I'm very sorry that I can't find the proper paperwork...It's been a heck of a month. Can you find out something for me please ? Thank you, Jeff Lyons

i could not buy the light subscription i pay for it by paypal and then it askes me for a billing address and it askes for a America address but i live somewhere else and cant change it to the place i live

Hello, when I try to pay for the pro license a pop up flashes and then disappears. I am not able to proceed with purchasing the upgraded option.

Also, please follow these instructions in this order:

Reset the Store Cache:
1. Select “Start”;
2. Search “wsreset“;
3. Run the “wsreset” command;
