You may need to update the app from the app store of purchase. If that doesn't work, uninstall then reinstall.

Hi Lars! Please, be sure that you didn't change location (didn't move) or rename the files that you use in your project.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us! Here are a couple of instructions that should help to solve the issue you have using Animotica:

1. We suggest looking at an article on fixing the issue when you cannot save your project (support.mixilab.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029070832-I-can-t-save-my-project-how-to-fix-it-).

2. Also, try to use the "Prepare your video for Animotica" tool to convert your video to a compatible format with Animotica. Then you will need to start a new project using a "prepared" video and save your video again. Take a look at an article on how to prepare videos for Animotica (support.mixilab.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039607991-How-To-Prepare-Videos-For-Animotica).

3. If these instructions do not help, we kindly ask you to collect your Animotica project's video files and upload them to cloud storage such as Google Drive, DropBox, MEGA and send you a link to access these files. This will help us figure out the solution to the issue you have been experiencing while using our app. Would you please look at an article on collecting files to share Animotica projects (support.mixilab.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033595951-How-to-Collect-Files-to-Share-Animotica-Projects)?

Contact us via email if you need any further assistance - support@animotica.com.

Kind regards,
Animotica Team

@MarkB I am also receiving this error. exception from hresult: 0x80070002. I collected all the files and saved in a new location per the advice above, I dont think there should be an issue with the source video at least I had no issues importing and editing. I really need to export this video can you please assist. I just bought premium package today, and now its looking like all my work preparing this video might have been wasted!!!

Also just to test it I took my video file and one or two of the audio files and randomly added them in a new project then tried to export and did not have any problem. It is possible that I moved some of the files from the location where I originally uploaded them it is hard to say? If I did accidently do that what is my option to fix it? If I move the files back will it resolved the issue?
