Crashing while editing

While I was making my stop-motion, the software would crash in the middle of editing. I was the only person in the house using the wifi so it was not lagging and the computer that I am using does not have any issues and is a newer model. I was doing chucks of 190 photos and then was going to compile them to make my full video. What should I do or Is there anything that I can do?

I am having almost the same issue. I'm simply trying to add freeze frames and overlay text at certain points during a video. Animotica is crashing at nearly every step.

Greetings,

Thank you for contacting Animotica Support Center! We are truly sorry for such a delayed answer. Please, be sure that you are running the latest version of Animotica (ver.1.1.106.0). Would you please look at the article on how to get the latest version of Animotica (support.mixilab.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039886031-How-to-install-the-latest-version-of-Animotica)?

Furthermore, we suggest going to the setting of Animotica on your personal device and check if all of the permissions are turned on. Also, please check where the folder with your projects is located. The projects are supposed to be located in the next folder on your computer - C:Users{PC Name]DocumentsAnimoticaProjects (You would have to insert the actual PC name instead of the {PC Name} string).
