Twice i have tried to save my work as a project and only get a thumbnail and lost a whole days work. It has rendered in the ned but it meant keeping my computer open until I was finished. I have set Animotica in settings as advised on the website.
When I try to export a video, it says export error. I have tried many times but still it happens. The video starts to export but at ' 50% ', the error comes.
Before it strats rendering, ANimotica send the messages: "Exeption from HRESULT:80004005" and "Try again later" -- I am translating, as I use the portuguese version of the program.
The uploads stops stating the handle with which this oplock was associated has been closed. The oplock is now broken. Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070323
i couldnt download the video after editind as it is showing error.
the error says sink could not provide valid output file because required headers were not provided to the sink..
it shows error 0xC00D4A45
Thank you for contacting us! Here are a couple of instructions that should help to solve the issue you have using Animotica:
1. We suggest looking at an article on fixing the issue when you cannot save your project (support.mixilab.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029070832-I-can-t-save-my-project-how-to-fix-it-).
2. Also, try to use the "Prepare your video for Animotica" tool to convert your video to a compatible format with Animotica. Then you will need to start a new project using a "prepared" video and try to save your video again. Take a look at an article on how to prepare videos for Animotica (support.mixilab.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039607991-How-To-Prepare-Videos-For-Animotica).
3. If these instructions do not help, we kindly ask you to collect your Animotica project's video files and upload them to cloud storage such as Google Drive, DropBox, MEGA and send u a link to access these files. This will help us figure out the solution to the issue you have been experiencing while using our app. Please take a look at an article on how to collect files to share Animotica projects.

Hey there! Please, be sure that you didn't change location (didn't move) or rename the files that you use in your project.
