i could not buy the light subscription i pay for it by paypal and then it askes me for a billing address and it askes for a America address but i live somewhere else and cant change it to the place i live
Hi Josh! Please, be sure that your personal info of your Microsoft account and Region on your PC matches.
1) Go to the Microsoft Store application and open your account settings (pic. 2);
2) Check your country or region (pic. 1);
3) To check the Microsoft Store region on PC go to 'Start' > 'Settings' > 'Time & Language' > 'Region' and set a valid region for your billing address;
4) Check these settings and change if need;
5) Try to make the purchase again.
