Fix this plzzz,after exporting the video its just black screen with audio, i tried different settings and players and still not working .. i paid money and get nothing but black screen all videos i exported "+10"

Same problem- looks great during editing, but then partially through the exported video the video goes black while the sound and seconds continue. I have updated my settings on hardware encoding as recommended elsewhere.

I'm having the same problem here. The original file is from an iPhone and is a type .MOV. Animotica imports it and edits it just fine. Exporting it in whatever format with whatever options yields a flash of the start of the video, then a black screen with nothing but audio. I've turned GPU assist on and off. Doesn't matter. This appears to be a bug.

Thank you for contacting Animotica Support Center! We suggest using the Prepare Videos For Animotica tool before adding the videos to your project. It helps to convert the video files to compatible formats with Animotica. Would you please look at an article on preparing videos for Animotica (support.mixilab.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039607991-How-To-Prepare-Videos-For-Animotica)?
Also, we recommend going to the application settings and then looking for the Performance section. Then, you should look for the Performance section and try different options there. This should help with the no preview while editing issue.

I am having the same problem with the black screen. The saved video starts to play without issue, then the screen goes black though the audio is still playing. The video segments were all of the same format, so no reason for that to be an issue. Any ideas please??

I have no problem with the project in editing mode and it will preview as a video. The issue arises once it has been saved as a video file.

I have already spent ages editing the entire project. I have tried messing with every setting to no avail please fix
